    Sustanon and Var...really...???!!!!

    So what are the benefits to using Var near the end of you 12 week Sustanon cycle?

    Ditto !! 75 to 100 Mgs. Some do the same with Winstrol . I would go with Anavar but.... too damn expensive .

    I am doing this right now with Test cyp. I used test for 10 wks and I am using var wks 8-12. I am half way through week 10. The var jumped up my strength too. Nice hardening effect on the muscle. I would do it again but var is quite pricey.

    but not really...:
    i am taking Sus 250 every 4 days, (two weeks before this it was 500 once a week for three weeks) i will continue with 250 every 4 days for the next 8 weeks...when should i introduce Var?

    Yes you will . At least Clomid ... opinions will vary .. I would do a standard post cycle therapy .
