    Glute soreness without bruise

I have no sign of injection yet my glute is pretty sore.

I'm sure this is common, but what causes it? Does it have to do with the oil expanding your muscle?

I haven't had soreness until now. I usually warm the oil up in some water, massage after and shower. Didn't work this time.

That's a tough one to answer. Something as little as a shaky injection could cause that.

My lady does them and does them well. I had zero injection pain, and didn't even feel the needle.

    She's my nurse

I wrote this on another thread...Have one specific pin just to draw out the gear and then replace it with a brand new one. poking the rubber stopper dulls out the pin. But before placing the new pin in, put the syringe (w/out a pin) in the microwave for 25 seconds. Put on the new pin and then inject SLOWLY. Tell me how you feel after.

Isn't 25 seconds in the microwave a little too much? I'm just asking cause I have no experience in this area.

You are putting a foreign substance deep inside your muscle fibres. This is sure to cause discomfort due to the seperation of tissues inside the muscle. as long as its not red in color nd warm to the touch you should be good bro. I find massaging the area for a good 30 sec. after injection really helps, and dont be afraid to push really hard to move the oil around.
