    Calf pumps.

    I have been getting pretty bad calf pumps when I go for a jog. I am currently running test e 600mg a wk and test prop 100mg eod. Anybody else havethis problem? Remedies?

    how is your water intake and you could dose some bananas as well

    I get them really bad.
    Drinking a lot of water.

    Only thing getting me throw it was saying this over and over.

    Pain is temporary. It may last a minute, or an hour, or a day, or a year, but eventually it will subside and something else will take its place. If I quit, however, it lasts forever.

    Good question bro. I've got the same exact problem. I'm running test e at 500 mg/week and tren e at 300mg/week. Drinking a gallon or more water. Can't make it past 10-15 min on the treadmill. I need more cardio!
