    Exclamation Steroids.......

1- Food makes you big, if you eat like shit and think roids are going to blow you up.... you should probably rethink.

2- The compounds you use in a cycle don't determine if you are cutting or bulking, COMMON MISCONCEPTION. How you cycle them, how you train, and how you eat do.

You will def get bigger, but obviously the gym is going to amplify the results a lot haha.

I think diet is the most underestimated part of a cycle by any newbie. I thought I knew but turns out I didn't. Made good gains but could have been better.

If you think you're eating enough. Shove another chicken breast and some pasta in there. Wash down with a shake....repeat.

That's what I lived by these last 3 months. Except I choose steak over chicken just cause I could (just for taste). Gotta love Costco!

I got the diet and gym locked down. My issue is sleep. I realize that rest and sleep are completely different things. I work a 4 day split and get proper off days through the week. My problem is I dont get enough, or what I feel is enough sleep. Good sleep is hard to come by. Life is too goddamn busy for my liking. Wish everything could just slow down a little.

I agree workinprogress. I have found I need at least 9 hours of sleep when on. The tren is what's f'ing up my sleep!

Twist- I agree with what you said, except I'm running tren for the first time and it is cutting me up regardless of calorie intake. I feel like my metabolism is in overdrive, or something about it has me running "hot". Trouble sleeping, night sweats, etc.
