    Insulin(R)

Ok, so I've been messing around with insulin for the past month now...usually 8-10iu post workout..but the last week i've been doing 6-8iu pre-workout. As of yesterday I am now doing 8iu pre and 8-10iu post.. I'm sure doing it pre AND post will promote far better gains.

One thing i can tell you, Slin Pre-workout gives your body a total filled out look. I slin 45 mins pre, then sip on 15g BCAA, 5-10g Crea. Mono, 50-60g dextrose, and 13-20g of protein(which is already inside the carb drink).

Post workout slin I have 16ounces of OJ, 1 banana, and 60-70g of protein...1 hour later, 3 yams, chicken and brocalli.

That was just a quick overview of my slin routine.

I would love to hear everyone elses insulin stories..what you did Pre and Post workout..if you only did pre or post...what did you eat...and any suggestions would be great! Thanks a lot!

I'll REP for good replies! Thanks!!

Ok, to be honest with you slin isnt that great. Possible along with HGH works a lot best but unless youre doing GH the results will be minimal.

I used 6iu pre and 10 iu post. for 3 weeks. 10 grams of fast acting carbs per IU. BCCA, Creatine, Glutamine. All that. Honestly I did gain some weight but it was probably mainly due to my ASS cycle more than anything. I might try insulin again when I start using GH to see the difference.

What not that great about...dont just say ur slin suck and not say why..I'm also using insulin with trenE(300mgs/wk) and TestE(500mgsWK).

I also am using, bcaa, creatine, glut. and 10 grams of fastActing carbs, just like you are...so is my slin not that great bcuz i dont have HGH in it? If thats why you think my slin cycle sucks...then you have a LOT of researching to do...

Bcuz our slin looks the EXACT fucking same...so are you saying your own slin sucks too?
