So I received 200 10mg tabs of oral winny.... for free ;-)
My current cycle is 12 weeks of Primo enth @ 500/week
12 weeks of Test p & enth @ 250-500/week
Now I was happy with this initial cycle plan...
Main Goals = Put on some lbm while decreasing bf, keeping sides to a minimum(sensitive to gyno), set myself up for an easy recovery, improve some joint issues, and essentially maintain as much as possible post cycle.
I was considering adding Var if anything, but now that I have winny I'm wondering what your opinions are.
I know it weakens tendons/ligaments which goes against one of my goals, but would adding winny at the tail end of this cycle be appropriate IF I didn't care about the hardening effects it has WHILE I'm using it but instead cared about the long lasting effects after its use?
Now, do you think there will have been a benifit to using winny AFTER I'm done with pct etc...
I've always been under the impression that it has certain positive effects while you use it but not that necessarily last.
For example, I don't compete and it wont be summer...if adding it just made me look that much better during the last 6 weeks of my cycle I'd rather use something that would carry over (i.e. long-term effects/gains)
I'd save it for your next cycle. It's tempting to keep adding gear but it just makes Pct harder. I ran test e 500 a week tren en 400 a week and finished with winny 30mg a day for 6 weeks and loved it got super hard. Just an idea though bro.
I'm on winny at the end of a test cycle. I really like it. It's hardening me up and I'm getting more vascular and defined. I haven't noticed too much of a strength increase just a little bit. I can tell my joints are a little more stressed. Mainly only during workouts. My wrists and elbows seem to be the worst.
i juss started winny to finish off my 14 wk test E 500 mg/wk cycle (will b takin winny the last 6 wkz), been on it a week @ 50mg/ED geneza brand, and my joints feel a lil wierd sumtimes mostly from my elbows and wrists as sloppy has said.
the one time i tried oral winny in a cycle i had to stop it bc after 2.5 weeks my joints felt like glass. my shoulders and elbows hurt me to the point i couldnt work chest. not my personal favorite.
Well there really isn't any "fat loss" from any steroid. Dieting causes fat loss. Dieting perfectly while taking steroids leads to losing body fat while keeping muscle.
That being said people currently use winny in cutting cycles. It causes great hardness and has helped me keep my strength up while dieting real hard. So indirectly, it has helps to lose fat, because it is helps keep muscle. As far as some mechanism for burning fat on its own, no steroid does that.
yeah... I am really concerned about the negative joint effects that a lot of you have mentioned. I'd much prefer Var, hopefully I can get rid of the winny+$ for some Var
50mg a day during the last weeks of the cycle will increase your free testosterone by lowering your shbg levels. This will give you a nice finish and increase your libido. Many people on here aren't fans of winny, but I love it.
I'd save it for your next cycle. It's tempting to keep adding gear but it just makes Pct harder. I ran test e 500 a week tren en 400 a week and finished with winny 30mg a day for 6 weeks and loved it got super hard. Just an idea though bro.
x2 i cant use stuff makes my hair fall out and my joints are trashed already so it makes them kill badddddd.
it would be hard for me to just let it sit around though
Very hard! lol... fortuanetely I think I may be able to get rid of it, then opt for Var instead. I'm really hesistant to damage my joints since I suffered from a number of minor injuries the last few years
