This isn't my first rodeo but I has been awhile. I've done a few ph/ds runs but this is my 3rd over all aas cycle. This is what it looks like. I just need a little help tuning it up.
I'm 35, 17%bf, 241lbs, and 6ft. I train big compound movements and do my assist work. I want strength and size and if all works out right I would love to drop a few bf% points.
I would also like to run an AI to keep bloat down. I've never had an issue in the past with gyno but who knows this time. I wanted to find a good RC AI and need to know the best way to run it.
Also I'm gonna get 2 of the 5000 iu of hcg. I wanted to know the best way to run that and if that was enough.
Next I was looking some peptides. Any thoughts on if it's worth running? Which one do you like best and what the best way to run it?
I know how to eat, train, and sleep. I just need to know what you all think of this run. I would love to add 20lbs of lean muscle and lose 5% points of body fat. Also next month I can start to get outside walking again. I usually do about 40-42 miles a week. About 7 miles a night 5-6 nights a week. Nothing fast but a nice 1.75 hr walk. Burns about 1500 cals and about 1/2 of it is fat grams. I just really love walking late at night and clearing my head. I sleep like a king almost every night I walk.
i would run an AI with this cycle. although u hadnt had problems with bloat/gyno in the past ur age now may affect that. i like aromasin at 25mg/ed. many people will probably tell u two things get ur body fat down before running a cycle and if not that then they prob will tell u that at 17% bf winny isnt a good choice. maybe end with anavar or tbol instead? as far as peptides go i take them after every cycle during pct. i prefer igf-1 des 1,3 and igf-1 LR3 dosed at 80mcg bilaterally q day site injected into the muscle group worked that day. i reconstitute in acetic acid and cut with BAC at time of injection. I usually start my HCG in week two and run till i start PCT. i have 250 iu 3x a week and 250 iu 4x week depending on my test dose. i have seen a marked difference at 250iu 3x week though. whats ur plan for PCT? and how do plan on running ur clen? btw i usually stop my deca two weeks before my last shot of test to be on the safe side. i would also stick with 4 weeks of dbol esp at 50mg/day. ur calorie intake will be/needs to be high with this cycle so as u should gain a good bit of size/mass dont be too disappointed if u dont drop the 5% in BF. regardless if u train and eat right as u say u know how to do when its all said and done u should be happy with ur overall appearance regardless of ur stats at the end of the cycle.
