Aight bros, my first injection of test cyp 250mg was sunday and the second one was on wednesday, however with the second one i only got a little more than half of the shot actually go in because of some fucked up shit that happened when my girlfriend was pinning me. Anyways, I am nervous and anxious to do my own injection for the first time (i know i sound like a major fucking pussy to the majority of you guys out there) and i was thinking about going ahead and doin it today because i just feel i need to get it out of the way and then i will be more comfortable with the shit. I am trying to decide what to pin. My first pin was in my right glute and the second was in my right shoulder. I was thinking of pinning my left shoulder or my quad but hell i aint sure. I plan on doing it pretty soon after i get back from running some errands and shit. Basically, a brotha needs yalls support and shit because im a bit fucking nervous. once again, i realize i sound like a bitch
i rotate between delts and glutes, i find that delts are easiest for me to keep needle steady and easier to aspirate alone. I have never dione quads byt jus make sure u know where ur hitting as there is alot of room to make a mess, jus relax put the pin in and let the juioce floww![]()


Quads of chest for myself.
Like to get 2 hands on it.
Quads aim for the otter part just in the middle.
Chest go 3-4 inch above the nipple.

yea there are more veins and arteries but as long as u got the right location and keep it steady when going in u will be fine, i have a few buddys who have bad luck when comes to injecting in quads espec for the first time thats why i never use it
I wouldn't do the glute, just because if it gets sore then you'll look funny trying to get in and out of your vehicle and the couch and bed and stuff... anywhere else you can hide it.

fuck yeah dudes i just pinned the delt.....i know its going to be sore as fuck because i didnt realize that i had injected all of it and like an idiot i was pushing down hard on the plunger then finally realized hey what the fuck, its already done.....you live and you learn but hey im glad i did it myself


I always tell beginners to hit the quads. Most beginner cycles require about 2 shots per week, so they could rotate left and right quads. When doing quads, as mentioned above, you can see what you are doing and can get a much better grip.
Looking for other injection sites is for those who are experienced enough to where they run cycles that require them to inject ED/EOD and need to find other sites to inject.
Glutes are almost the same, just that some newbies may have a hard time twisting around and hitting the right spot.

I've started out with the glutes and now mainly use my quads.
You can do it - after a couple times it gets very easy.
Make sure you go in all way in with the pin (with the proper size pin) - keep us posted![]()

Do it in the glute. It is not as hard to do in the bathroom mirror as everybody seems to think.


If you don't mind me asking, what "fucked up shit" happened that made you not able to inject everything?
