    exhausted

    im currently on week 7 of a 16 week sust 500 mg and 300 eq cycle a week im upping the eq to 400 from weeks 8 on and i have just been feeling exhausted everyday.. i dont no if i am overtraining or what im thinking about buying a pre workout but i dont no what is of good quality is this common

    I had the same thing happen to me.

    It seem to be a combo of training and diet.

    I follow the 1 set to complete failure workout - after a couple warmup sets...

    But with this the intensity has to be extremely high - this is three days a week - but my point here is that it very hard on the system.

    By doing this my body needed more of the right food and rest so it had everything to rebuild and recover.

    You have to listen to your body and react just like your doing here.

    Keep us posted on what you come up with.

    Eat more fruits and veggies and add eca stack pre workout and drink more water just a thought.

    diet is good i eat about 4k calories and 300 g protein a day probly need to up the carbs i eat a lot of fruit but not to many vegetables consistently

    as for eca stack preworkout i dont want a preworkout that is gonna make me focus crazy i hate that i just like energy boosts noo cracked out feeling
