hey guys, im going to be starting up a 10 week sust cycle soon at 500 mg/week splitting them up on monday and thursday. I was wondering what you guys think i will see for gains or if i should change this around. I see a lot that you should shoot eod but was wondering if just two days a week would do anything for me. again, this is my first cycle and i have everything post cycle that is needed.
I am 18 soon to be 19
I weigh 190 lbs at 9% body fat
I have been training consistently for the past 5 years at least 4 days a week
as for training, i have tried many things. I have done high intensity training
(4 second counts for everything) and also the big routine (5 seconds down, 10 seconds up) and also 2 body parts a day splits.
My diet is clean, i have a minimum 350 grams of protein per day, i eat a lot of chicken and fish, my carbs are low to moderate and the fat count is minimal.
Just asking what your opinions are for how i should use this whether it be eod or 2 days a week is fine. and also, what kind of gains are possible.

Seriously dude? Youre asking a really retarded question about pinning. Obviously you havent done your research. If you had, you would know youre too young to mess with that shit. I already have a child, if I mess up its not a big deal lol. You have your life ahead of you. Train hard and do some research. When you are able to answer other people questions, thats when you're ready for gear. Mean time take a tour thru the nutrition and training forums.


Not a good idea bro at your age. There are a lot of bad things that can happen to you down the road. At your age your body is producing TONS of testosterone on it's own. If you are not gaining, your training is off or you are not eating enough food.
My advice to you is to post your diet in the "Diet and Nutrition" Forum, and your training program in the "Training" Forum. You still have a lot of natty growth left. I gained a s**tload of weight and lean mass from the ages of 18-22 naturally. Don't flush it down the toilet by jumping on AAS too early.
