Hey, guys new to the IronMag forum and would like to tell you there are some really knowledgeable and helpful posters on here. I have been doing some heavy research lately in regards to my first cycle of legal prohormones. What I am wanting is some informative advice on what you think of the best beginner PH for leaning up and to recomp my physique. Goin on vacation in June and want to look right if you know what I mean.
Any suggestions about supplements used while Pre, During, and Post cycle will be welcome and would like real world experience with what your recommending. My thought process and research has me leaning towards this:
1st-2nd week Cycle Support
3rd-7th week Helladrol-5 week 50,75,75,75,75 with Cycle Support/Assist
8th-11th week Inhibit E and PCT Support
There are so many conflicting opinions on needing SERMS for a H-drol cycle on different forums I don't really know who to believe. I do believe it would be safer but harder to obtain. I have contacted some manufacturers about this topic with varying degrees of response also. Some say that Helladrol is way to powerful for a first time user and would definitely require a SERM with about 10 different Cycle supports, liver help, PCT's, and AI's. Others say its alright to use OTC products. Just want to know if its the truth or a sales scam.
Any responses I appreciate and thank you in advance.
I am in my early 30's and have lots of lifting experience. My diet is pretty good with low carbs(breakfast, pre, and post workout) and high protein. Just want some honest opinions of my proposed cycle and whether a SERM is required. It is really confusing when the manufacturers tells you no SERM is needed and then you have others telling you there is no way you should do Helladrol without one. Thanks for the reply.
Needed or not it can debated, but don't play games with your body... play it safe and take a serm. Besides, why wouldn't you want elevated natty test levels???
we carry serms at EP..

You def want a SERM. H-drol shuts down your natty test production, so you'll need nolva or clomid.
The reason the company says you don't need one is because they can't legally sell one. I mean look at the label and you'll realize probably 1/4 of the shit on there is actually true. That's why I'd rather skip the B.S. and just go for the real deal.
But I understand that not everyone wants to do that. It is reccomended that you run a SERM for PCT.
So how about the cycle? Is it OK for the first one? Looks good? Do I need anything else? If the SERM is used should I forget about the Inhibit E? What would be the best week to start taking the Cycle Assist?
