    hgh cycle questions

    i keep seeing mixed answers every where

    should you start to run hgh a month before your cycle
    or
    should you run hgh 2 weeks to a month in to your cycle

    cycle over view

    hgh 4iu 6/7 6 months
    test 500mg ew 1-15

    im 20.........but i dident put it up there because i dident want every one to try and say stop dont and so on and so on

    and i want fat lose out of it and as much out of it as i can

    every i was reading and the guys at the gym was telling me that 4us aday 6/7 should be right around the border for fat lose and muscle gain but i keep reading and hearing mixed reviews on how to take it
    should you start to run hgh a month before your cycle
    or
    should you run hgh 2 weeks to a month in to your cycle

    and if your going to say your to young get your blood work done and stop iv got all that done and every thing is fine my doc told me im good to go.
    and im 235 15% body fat 5'9 bunch around 500 19 inch arms

    if you or someone could help me it would be grate

    What's your diet like right now and don't say spot on or perfect. Give examples of everything you put into your piehole on a daily basis along with the time. Like this:

    8:00am - 4 Omega 3 eggs, 1 cup egg whites, 3/4 cup oats, 1 cup blueberries.

    I always run HGH between cycles. It helps to mantain gains. You'll lose mostly just water weight as opposed to dense muscle mass. The compound isn't as good for hypertrophy, as it is known to cause hyperplasia(generation of new muscle cells). When u get back on juice you have more muscle cells ready to volumize. Don't get me wrong, the same thing happens simultaniously when used together. I just find running it in between helps to keep ur gains year round. Depending on if u want to focus on lipolysis or muscle gain is a matter dose dependency. If u just want to cut up run 2iu 5 days on 2 days off. Noticable muscle gains usually occur around 5-7 iu. Fat loss will occur at the higher dose as well.

    i think my diet is good i mean dont get me wrong its not the best and it dose need work and i agree with you hormones are not fully benfit unless your training and diet is in dial

    i really dont know how to get to the diet and nutrition section

    will the fat lose and muscle gain be more noticable from 4ius to 5ius

    You're relying too much on hormones to make a difference when the results you are looking for can easily be achieved through diet and training alone.
