im 5'11 200 and at about 14% right now and want to get my bf down as much as possible before my 8 week test prop only cycle but every time i drop bf i lose strength. this sucks because in preparation for my first cycle, ive made the best strength gains of my life so my joints and everything can adjust accordingly to the test. because i know im gonna wanna push the limit. (gonna try to take it slow)
i am gonna get T3 to use on cycle to help, but for now im just gonna do as much cardio as possible and lower the carbs.
ive heard great things about keto which im gonna look into but if anyone has any other good diet plans, i'd appreciate it
Carb cycle. Low carb days on non-training days, higher carb days are high intensity days, medium carbs for stuff like arm day where the overall taxing on the body is lower. Using this with great success.
You might want to look into mild thermogenics and fat loss aid products like Green Tea extracts (or drink it, it's not half bad!) and CLA. I don't really advocate stronger stuff unless on cycle.

If you are not doing HIIT cardio already, I would start. That always seems to burn away fat like nobody's business.

i do cardio every day but i'll do the HIIT for sure. i have a wrestling background so cardio and losing fat aren't really a problem for me, it's keeping the muscle while losing fat that im trying to do. and i need the right diet for that.
