What are you using it with? It is very mild and requires a high dose to have much effect in males. I believe the half life is somewhere around 8 hours don't quote me though.

I've read that the HL is 14 hours. But to really get anything out of it you need to take a minimum of 60mg/day. But DO NOT go over 80mg/day as this is the point of diminishing return. The SE at that high of a dose out weigh the benefits. Is safer to go with a test and pinn it.

You are correct, half life is 8 hours. I'd have to disagree with you on dosage though. Although I wouldn't promote a "var only" cycle, I have a buddy that did one at 40mg. ED and got great results, although he may be an exception.

I hope to get great results as I start my Var next week at 70mg ED. Never tried Var. Also stacking it with Test and EQ.

I ran 50mg every day and "felt" nothing. My strength did go up though.

I've used in on recomp with a low dose test base. 200-300 mg test and 30-50 mg/d var. Probably the most mild cycle you can do. All it does is hold the muscle and maybe make you a little fuller while holding or gaining a little strength.

You will get a lot of different opinions on Anavar . I have read that it is expensive to produce , therefor expensive to buy . I have used it in a couple of cycles but I have only ran it at 40 mgs. tops . That's too low of a dose for UG lab Anavar for me . The results were like poor mans Anavar .. Winstrol at the same dose . Anavar is often faked ..people might be getting D-Boll or T-Boll instead of Anavar.
I have been trying to find a good deal on Test , EQ and Anavar but it is hard to find someone that has everything in stock .

If I use Anavar again it will be 60 to 100 mgs. daily.

I'm going to run 80mg a day for 16 weeks. There is no problem to use for that long right?

That sounds like a lot for that lengnth of time . It is a milder steroid that I have read is processed through the kidneys not the liver . You can always get your bloodwork done . I personally would not run an oral that long at that dose even Anavar .. but that's just me.

Take your supplements and you shouldn't have a problem.

It is 17aa however.

I've seen a few people that say it isn't , but I don't think a physicians desk reference would be incorrect.

Ive been running 70mg a day for a week now and not sure I have seen any difference yet, strength gains at this point are being attributed to psychological factors...

I personally have had great results with 30-40mg a day.

might want to get bloodwork done midway through... although it's mild I'm pretty sure it's actually harsh on the lipids. May want to look into it further.

I'm actually starting a 5 week run @ 60mg ed to finish my current cycle tmw.
