I do cardio every time I go to the gym. I just cut back the amount when I'm on cycle. But I still do some every time I go.

I do cardio on off whatever . I love to jog . Walk .. fast walk and sprint on the treadmill . Nothing makes me feel more enegetic afterwards . In cool to cold air it is very invigorating .

I bump cardio up more when I'm on TRT and not blasting. I've been off for a month and I've been doing bag works and running plus jump rope. I think it's important on and off cycle but especially when off. I think really working your system helps it snap back. Hit the bag for 1/2 and hour, then run a mile and then run a 1/2 dozen sprints. That will tune you up. On cycle it feels like I'm gonna have a heart attack though. Real intense cardio is harder on cycle now.

Some people aren't fat fucks and don't need to do cardio to stay lean.

Lol. That being said, I tried to go for a jog outside the other day and back cramps were so bad I barely made it home. It's the treadmill for the rest of the cycle it looks like.
    Cumming day and night.

If sports are going to be considered cardio, I do it 2-3 times a week I was thinking more the lines as in cardio in the gym.

I find that when I don't do cardio it f**ks up my endurance when lifting. I can lift with more intensity and recover quicker in between sets if I do cardio.

Also, when your not on AAS cardio can be very catabolic. When on, the hormones prevent this. I actually do less cardio when not on the juice.

Doing cardio keeps you in better condition which equals more weights you can lift with less effort if you train optimally. I train mma and hit the weights hard. For MMA I get cardio by, boxing either sparring or with Bag work, Grappling, and jumping rope. I hate to run on the treadmill though I do occasionally for 20 minutes max. I think cardio is important while on cycle because the extra weight and water you put on can strain your heart. Cardio makes your heart stronger which is healthier. I just don't overdo the cardio because then you start to burn muscle. Cardio is best after a workout because your glycogen is depleted and you are more likely to burn fat it also takes less work to get wore out. IMO it should be included.

I don't do much cardio at the gym. But I split wood, split vag, walk my dog, hike, MTB, golf, and do all sorts of other shit.

As far as running on a stationary machine, not my thing.

Great advice. I think after my workouts I'll do a short 10 minute jog on the treadmill.

Haha yeah I do spin class as well. There is this really fine girl that goes at the same time everyday so I try to make it to 3 a week. Long story short all that spinning crap finally paid off with her number. We went out this past weekend all because of spin class. As far as cardio goes spin does help but i get the best results from HIT at the track.
