    short burst cycles 4-6 weeks

there's this one guy at my gym who's in incredible shape and we've been lifting for a few weeks. he swears by short burst cycles of 4-6 weeks followed by 1-3 months off depending on the amount of gear in his cycles but he says it's the best way to go and he keeps almost all of his gains when he cycles this way. says that PCT is a breeze.

just wondering what other people's opinions on this method are

I like to see cycles run at least 8 weeks, but a 6 week cycle could be beneficial with all short esters or suspensions....

I've been reading a lot on this idea lately and it sounds like a pretty good idea. Everything I have read says that PCT is much easier as well and the gains are easier to keep too. I'd like to hear more from people who have knowledge of this.

It is apparently much more common in Europe to run very short cycles (4 weeks +/-). Anthony Roberts may have done a write up on it, but I read about them somewhere..
