    back pumps

    i was wondering if swollen kidneys was visually noticable my lower back hurts but i usually have lower back problems just wondering wat it felt like feels better if i arch my back is this back pump signs

    You actually mean that you're see your kidneys in the mirror or are simply feeling an acute pain? I'm thinking IMMEDIATE medical attention...like drop what you're doing and go NOW.

    no i cant see them sorry i worded this bad i was asking if u u could see like your back looking a little swollen i dont have this problem just asking wat it feels like when u do have back pumps and if there were any visual signs and my back is just sore from lifting sorry i cant speak properly

    No there is no visual signs when you get a back pump.

    For me i could be walking alone start getting a really tense feeling in lower back.....thats a back pump.

    We see that.

    Anyway, it's like a sharp pain usually in the center lower area part of your back. It comes from using an oral ph or steroid. It's slightly curable with liv52, taurine and shit loads of water.
