    How to use Clen/T3 ?

I know from the title many would assume I haven't looked into this enough but I have. I can't seem to find the best "Time" to start the cycle. Many of the posts i've read discuss how after a while of cutting calories and increasing cardio that the body will lower T3 production to conserve energy. With that in mind, would it be better to start Clen/T3 after I stop seeing results from Cutting calories and cardio? Sort of like a way to return your metabolism and back to pre-cutting levels?

    Or...

Do I just start immediately after a bulking cycle and just continue with the cycle 3 weeks on 2 weeks off until I reach my desired fat levels?

Any advice will be much appreciated, thanks!

Thanks for the info. I just reposted it in the research forum. I know I hear alot about it being catabolic but has anyone had any results with carb cycling while on it?

I use to be like 230lbs but dropped down to 190lbs doing this weird starving/low calorie diet on weekends then eating whole large pizza's, taco bell, boxes of cookie and anything else I wanted. I dropped 40lbs of fat and gained muscle so I am planning on running that kind of diet on this too.

I have before and after pics of my results from that diet too in my profile.

Tho clen claims to be anti-catabolic (I think Prince also posted an article somewhere that is actually anabolic), the t3 is not selective in what it burns - both fat & muscle.

Honestly I'd probably suggest you don't run it w/o an AAS to support muscle preservation. Someone else may have a different thought on it.

I feel like saying if you've dropped that much weight, spend some time working on your lean muscle mass and let your body adjust to accommodate your new body composition. How long ago did you drop the weight? Even tho that crazy diet apparently worked, I don't think its giving your body a consistent and nutritionally valuable diet to establish your 'set point'.

Being able to keep your body in an anabolic state (without using AAS) while running T3 is very difficult and requires a very consistent and dedicated diet and training program where TIMING IS EVERYTHING. Clen is not a strong enough "anti-catabolic" compound to "off-set" the very strong metabolic properties of T3. Like sassy mentioned, you will likely burn a lot of muscle and fat simultaneously, which is probably something you want to avoid. My suggestion would be to stick with clen or ECA stack, and hop back on that starving/low calorie diet???? that seemed to be so successful.

Thanks for the replies. I'll take it all into consideration. I started taking them already.

    Day1 20mcg of T3
    Day2 30mcg of T3 and 25mcg of clen

Odd thing is though after waking up at about 7:30 and taking the T3/Clen combo I fell back asleep an hour later. I feel very lethargic right now.

I'm a wierdo. Clen always made me tired as a mofo. If this persists, try a 2-4 oz cup of coffee. I did it on one of the last days of my last clen cycle and I was flying all day

Back off on the t3 to 20 mcg again and see how you feel.

Also I'm curious if clen makes you tired. It seems sometimes when your receptors just really need to clean out, clen can literally put you to sleep.

    Update.

I am 26yo 5'9' and weigh about 195lbs. I have no clue what my bodyfat percentage is so I will just have to go based on looks and weight drop. The workouts I am doing now have given me great success before. I am doing full body workouts 3 times a week all heavy work sets. 3-4 sets per body part.

Day 3 I took 60mcg of T3 and 80mcg of Clen. What I noticed so far is very subtle. Slightly warmer and a little jittery. I am a little more irritable but nothing too crazy. Been getting some headaches from the Clen I believe but nothing that Advil can't fix. My appetite is very high though and I feel like I could raid the fridge at any moment.

Day 4- 60mcg of T3 and 100mcg of Clen. So far so good. Kind of jittery and hungry despite having a good breakfast with 2 servings of oatmeal 3 whole eggs and 5 egg whites.
