Been reading this forum for almost a year, tons of good info. Up until this point, I was hesitant to take the plunge. However, with a cruise coming up March 26th, I decided to proceed with Cypionate @ 250mg/week. I wanted to post my experience, as I read a lot of conflicting information about this dosage - with a little over half the content I read suggesting it's far too low, and simply a waste of time, money and testes.
Very quick stats: 31 years old, 5'10, 188#, been lifting for 10 yrs, 5x/week.
I am 8 weeks into it, and I can honestly say this has been effective. Been eating very clean, roughly 200 grams protein/day, 5 days/week. In that time, my lifts have all gone up an average of 10-12%, put on about 9 pounds of lean muscle, and somehow dropped a belt size. I can attribute some of this to diet and routine, but it's clear that the Cypionate has been the primary cause. Doing two more weeks, then done.
Have Nolva on hand, no signs of gyno or anything. Looking into what would be a proper PCT for a cycle like this, if any. Just wanted to share my experience, thanks -
Sounds good , if that works for you than great . I started out low but found I had to up the dose . I like to start low and see how I respond . We are all different . Nine pounds of lean muscle is a lot without added water and fat .
Yes , you will need a pct .. Clomid would be good . You should already have it . It least that is what I use .
