Im 30, 5'10 and a soild 182.4lbs. I am on the last leg of a 12 week transformation. I started around 205lbs 10 weeks ago. Ive been lifting for 3-4yrs with a past in gymnastics. Since shredding and losing all this fat(close to 20lbs)Ive become so ripped! Ive always wondered about using assistance, just to see how it goes. With a positive, open mind and a solid training program I believe all will be fine
Well yesterday was interesting. It felt like my bodys idle speed was revved up. Like my resting RMPs were stuck at like 3/4000 rmp instead of a relaxed .5/1. Sure there isnt any caffeine in this? Sleeping was a bitch. Think I can take Unisom to sleep or something like it? Wasnt able to workout so maybe that had something to do with it. Today Im super setting dumb bell chest press with bent over dumb bell rows. Excited to see how I feel in the gym today
up to 800mg after 4days. might run it for 3 weeks instead of 4. think this is a proper dose for me. feels right. sleep is better, for now. Felt a little stronger today, might have been from the red bull but havent seen much difference in the mirror yet. I started this when i was 95% primed so it might take the full 3/4weeks to notice.
Today is the beginning of the 3rd week and It finally kicked in. At least i think it has. I have tremendous work ethics so I dont bullshit around in the gym. I am currently working a program designed by 6x Mr. Olympian Dorian Yates. An average amount of 4 exercises but taken to complete failure with emphasis on Negative's. Bro, Im looking ripped and vascular as fuck!
