and the couple of questions i have is if i used the Nitro 4 with this stack should it produce phenomenal gains?.....basically 4 weeks on and four weeks off....any advice would be greatly appreciated as i am def ready to order!.....lol and thanx in advance
ok so i am not sure what you mean.....i have been lifting on and off for years....i am 35 and weigh bout 210....at 5'7"....not too small but i want some phenomenal gains....as far a bodyfat i dont know but will have someone check that today....

This is what I would recommend. The nitro 4 would be a good addition to this while on and off portion. I would also recommend that you try to up your protein content. This is needed to get the most out of any AAS cycle. What is your bodyfat % by the way? Your gains should be good but I can't really tell you what to expect because everyone is different and how much you get out of any cycle depends on how your diet, nutrition, and training are setup. Those factors are just as important. If you get sometime check out some of those sections on this forum to see if you are doing things correctly. Goodluck with your cycle.
thanx for the info...yes i was going to up both my protein intake and creatine intake....as far as my diet i dont eat much...maybe once a day...the rest are supplements....i havent determined my bodyfat yet but am looking to see how to do that as we dont have a GNC round here......cvs doesnt carry the tool....my workout will be constant cardio everyday bcuz of my job so i am literally joggin round fer 10 hrs.....i will workout with dumbells in the a.m. and p.m....and also bought some wrist and ankle weights fer when i am at work...i am soooo ready fer this and really appreciate the advice...
any diet advice will work too...
It sounds like you may have a few issues that you need to address before you run this cycle. First you have to eat at least 4-6 solid meals a day protein shakes can not provide the nutrients your body needs. Metha drol is a very serious AAS. It is very potent and should not be used by beginners. It is as potent as oral steroids like anadrol. Also if you are not training with weights much why do you want to run this cycle. No supplement can make up for a bad diet (no diet) or insufficient training regime. This will not work out good and you could be risking your health for nothing if you do not address your problems with diet, nutrition, and training first please refer to these sections of this forum before starting this cycle. Start a thread in the diet nutrition section and start a thread asking about diet. If you want you can tell them I refered you. We will get you straightened out first so you can make the most of your cycle if you decide to run it.
ok boss so i figured out a round about number as far as bodyfat and it said 13%....i dont remember exactly where i saw it but it was somewhere inside the forums...also i figured out for bulking i need 60g of protein,60g of carbs, and 14g of fat.....so i posted that up on the nutrition area.....i will look at a hardcore training regime for bulking of course....

You weigh over 200 lbs and your bulking diet will consist of 60 g of protein and the same for carbs?!!!? That doesnt make any sense though?! Your protein intake should be at least 1.5 of your total weight bro, and that would make it over 300 g of protein per day. Do your homework bro!
