I had some winni tabs 50 mg 30 day supply. I held it for a while and was told that it can last for a long time if stored in container. However even though I'm getting some def in my shoulders, arms, legs, my chest, back and stomach still have a lot of fat to go. I was recommended to wait on the winni til i'm at a good bf percent, and go with clen instead. My problem is though I have enough trouble sleeping and worry the clen will destroy it even more. I have tried so many otc fat burners to no avail. Since I have been treated for low t levels and on 200 mg every 4 weeks, I think test cyp at least 250-400 mg would help me out.
Sorry my concern is the clen would make me to wired and wouldn't be able to sleep. I just started taking sleep pills to help, but I figured clen would effect that. I had some winni I thought about starting, but was told to do clen first since I had a good bit of weight to drop. I am seeing results taking TCF-1, Activate Extreme, Erase, Creatine orithine, and DCP. However although I'm seeing definition in arms, and legs, I'm not dropping weight. I eat nothing but chicken breast, 93/7 % lean beef, lean sirloin, and fish. Nothing fried all baked or grilled. Plenty of veggies with either sweet potado or salad as carbs, water with occasionall skim milk, but can't lose the weight.
I don't find Clen makes me drop weight it just gives me a boost so I can cardio my ass off. Run don't use an elliptical machine and diet which it sounds like you have in check. Take the Clen early in the morning and adjust dose by 20mcg daily until u find your spot but personally I think you can drop the weight by running cruise and blast sessions on the treadmil can work wonders...what's ur cardio schedule and what do you do?
What's your diet like? How much card? How long you been training? If your fat and lazy with low t and have a crappy diet Clen or winni won't do shit bro.
If you have id on AAF, or Elite I'm doing a log right now. My calves are 18.7 inch, biceps 16.5 weight is down from 291 early last year to 247 this year. Stuck at that right now. I train 4-5 days weekley doing 8 reps 3 sets of each exercise I do. My cardio is treadmill usually 30-45 three times weekly, but would do more if I can get the damn energy level up. No not lazy, lol lazy is what got me fat in the first place. I work long ass hours and have two little kids. My life is 90-0 all week long. So I try to train right after work which is 4:30. I want to increase my cardio since lifting is going well, but like I said my energy levels are so low from time to time.
I don't think aas is your answer bro. Sounds like your doing an ok job as far as training goes you still said nothing about diet which is the number one ingredient in attaining a good physique. Fat loss mainly takes place in the kitchen lots of quality protein 1.5 grams per lb of bodyweight. Clean carbs ie veggies yams brown rice. And good fats. Try training early in the am on an empty stomach. Take your eca ( ephedrine caffeine aspirin) and a good preworkout drink (1mr). I would not consider you a good candidate for roids bro no offense but keep busting your ass you will get out what you put in.
If I need to get up for work at 4:40 am, what time should I actually take the melotonin? I've used 10 mg of it before and still couldn't sleep. I mean once I'm out it's ok, but I could literally take 10 mg along with .25 mg of Halicon and stay up for hour or two before falling alseep. That's my main problem is actually going lights out lol.
