I'm 34, been working out since I was 16, I go to the gym 6 days a week, my diet has been pretty much the same as long as I remember, 250g of protein, 250 grams of carbs and less than 50 grams of fat a day, 1-2 gallons of water daily......
My work out routine has also been pretty much the same, in 3 days I work out all my body parts, the other 3 days 45-60 minutes of cycling....
I've maintained the same weight for many years, around 150-155 pounds only, size 30, I can always see my abs, I posted some pictures of me in my Gallery and that is pretty much what I look like all year....
Now I want to make it clear, I don't want to get big, and with Var only I'm not expecting that, my main goal is getting more cut and more vascular, 2 pounds of muscle would be more than enough....
Reason is I feel like I have some excess skin under my 6 Pack, its hard to see when I'm standing up but it is there, I actually considered having a mini-abdominoplasty to get that skin removed, I would like to feel tighter in that region
I did some research, here is what I want to do:
wk 1-8 50mg of Var a day
wk 9-11 50mg of Clomid a day
now I have never done any cycles before, considering my goals is the above safe?
what PCT is recommended? Will I shut down? Will I have to worry about sexual side effects etc?
I hope I can get some positive feedback from you guys
in before the flaming. so you're saying you want to lose bodyfat then?
yes mainly i want to feel tighter under the abb region, i feel that i have excess skin under there (below the belly button), maybe its because i'm over 30, who knows , I feel like even though i can see my abs all year around, I got some lose skin in that area,
I thought maybe Var would make me harder, leaner and get rid of that problem,
I thought maybe i'd give it a try before doing something drastic like plastic surgery...
why not just do a simple ECA stack instead of var?
ive tryed the ECA stack and dropped a few lbs in weight and body fat dropped a few % with no loss of strenth .

True the irony of this all is that where I live, it is much easier for me to get Var then it is to get a ECA stack! I been trying for many months to do so and I found it impossible.
I have done ECA stacks in the past with a lot of success, but the recent couple of years, they dissapeared of the market here.
go the to a peptide site and get yourself some clen or t3. for what you are wanting to do i wouldnt even bother with aas. not to mention the other 2 u can obtain legally from these peptides sites.

Or, buy some ephedrine off the internet...it is readily available.
I say this b/c Var will shut you down, and for what you are wanting to do, it is just not worth it IMO.
lol yep actually 152 lol like I said it isn't losing weight i want, its that lose skin below my abs thats driving me crazy , I don't feel tight in that region,
its weird to me, as you see in my pics, my abs are clearly visible but I don't understand why my skin below the abs feels lose :-(
Anavar won't tighten your skin bro. If it's fat diet will do it with a fat burner aas doesn't burn fat just maintain muscle while cutting. If it's just stretched skin which I can't see considering you are very slight the only option would be removal surgically.
Listen to the advice here. Try to maybe run some clen or T3 if anything at all. Var only is a bad idea that will do nothing for you at that dose besides shut you down. Get your diet and training in check and step it up. You do not need AAS.
Just wanted to say thank you to D-Latsky and TGB1987 for the valuable advice,
I will do more cardio, start tweaking my diet and order some Ephedrine from Canada, ECA stack has always worked for me in the past, thanks a lot guys :-)
