just started cycle, on cycle pct question
alright guys just did my 1st shot of 250mg of test e and plan on running it for 10-12 weeks my question is what would be the best for oncycle estrogen control , i got clomidm nolva and adex. oringal plan was adex .5 every other day. on another note how long should i expect to be sore after each shot?

running 500mg a week at 10weeks with 8 weeks of winni, i am more prone to gyno cause i used to be a fat kid lol, body fat prop around 12%

run dex .5 eod see how it works u might need to go ED with it and for the first few weeks id say u will be sore for a couple days after awhile u might be sore a day or so
