Gender, age, height, weight, goals and what you eat on a daily basis. 99.9% of the time clen (or even an OTC metabolic inducer) will not help much unless your diet is spot on.

Clembuteral
Hey guys and girls.
New to the site so not sure if this has been covered before.
I just wanted to find out from those that might know what they think of clembuteral and how effective it is.
I am thinking of using this product but wanted to find out about it and if it is worth getting then trying to find out how I might do so in Adelaide, Australia.

clen is a very nice addition, if your bodyfat is reasonable, and your diet and training is in check.
some of the sides can be nasty but if you can put up with being a milkshake maker it is good.

i havnt sides to be bad, except racing heart beat doing cardio. i found it hardly works if ur not doing cardio and eating 1500 calories or less. its cheap so y not
