Hey guys I'm a new member here just had a few questions for the experienced. I've done some research and personally know people who have taken mdrol. I know mdrol is a superdrol clone. I am 22 years old 6'1 207lbs and worked out for 4 years. My max is 270 on bench and 360 for squats. My twin brother who has taken superdrol completed a 4 week cycle sucessfully with no side effects. He only took a pct (nolva from ar-r.com) and pplex and suggested that i only need the nolva. I would like to have some liver protectants for the cycle and maybe vitex for possible gyno. In terms of dieting , I know how to train and eat correctly, no cardio/alcohol etc. I was wondering if the experienced could provide a link from ar-r.com for the nolva because I don't know the chemical/scientific name for it and legit places to buy live protectants. also my brother said the only reason he thinks i need the nolva on an mdrol cycle is becaus ei will only do 3 weeks and since were twins the mdrol should have relatively the same side effects
This is a bad idea. Your cycle plan is a mess. It really doesn't make sense to even read. This tells me one thing. You are not ready to use this compound. You have a lot more natural potential. This compound is very strong and harsh. It is not that different from other steroids. You need to do a lot of researching before you try to run any cycle.

I purchased the mdrol,Liquid Tamox 50mL 20mg/mL, vitex ( for gyno), taurine for the inevitable back pumps and cycle support. As for the pplex my brother stacked his pplex with superdrol. Idk if stack is the technical term but he used pplex for a week or two then went into superdrol. My brother also had all these things on hand when he completed his cycle of Superdrol( 3 years ago)l and Test he did 10 months ago
also i've read the recommended protein intake while on is 1.5 g of protein per pound of body weight. Currently i run 4 meals a day plus a protein shake. I will be steeping up to 6 meals a day and a protein shake. I still feel this goal would be hard to reach would adding another protein shake a day be useless? I'm not sure if my body will be able to absorb all of it and perhaps it would just go through me and i would just end up shitting out. I hope this clears things up. I know every body is different and the kids who dont do the proper research and take the proper precautions are the retards who give steroids a bad name.
