My delts are pretty sore from lifting, took a few days off still sore.
I'm going to throw in cissus 500 by proven and glucosamine 750/chondroitin 600. Both of these together won't hurt right? I've taken the G/C and it works wonders.

I tried all of above...Helped but very little.
Small dose of Deca does the trick.

Had knee surgery back in November. Knee was still hurting/aching. Clicked every time I took a step. Deep knee bends were out of the question. Hack squats and leg extensions have been a nightmare as of late. Thought I'd give Joint Juice a try as I heard it was good stuff. The next day after I drank the first dose of this stuff I was able to do a deep knee bend pain free and no more clicking. I was pretty skeptical about glucosamine but it has worked wonders for me in a very short time. I have a very bad lower back too and that also feels much better. 1500mg per day goes a long way for me. I have some deca lying around but thought I would try the "juice" first and glad I did(not that the deca is out of the equation by any means).
I'm on 300wk deca, start week 4 today. Hope it kicks in soon.

Nobody wants to hear this but the best ting is to get off for a few months and lift lighter. AAS screw up joint tissue synthesis, remodeling and maintenance. Best thing is to let the body get back to where it does it's thing naturally. Stretch and lift lighter. It's another good reason to get off for at least a few months a year. Sometimes it takes longer to get the joints back to being healthy. Successive cycles even with decent time off between can stiill eventually result in joint issues. The answer usually is not ,more drugs but time off. Deca, IGF-1, GH, EQ all get rid of the pain somewhat but it's more of a masking effect. The underlying dysfunctino is still there and just being masked by a compound or compounds that reduce inflammatory responses.
