Off cycle and PCT 45 days but gyno is flaring up?!?!
So I did Test 400 with 50 mg clom on cycle, and Pct consisted of 100 mg clom, and everything went well. Now a month and a half out from my pct and gyno sensitivity and size have gotten greater. Do I need to do arimidex or letro? Thanks in advance!!!
Did you run an A/I during the cycle and PCT? If so what dose and what compound? If not there is your issue.
If you didn't you need some letro yesterday.
This is the answer ^but I would recommend letro then switch to aromasin. If it has to be one or the other go with aromasin IMO because if aromasin will prevent estro rebound which is what happened here the other AIs like letro or adex do not prevent this. If you would of used aromasin with the clomid this wouldn't of happened.

This is the exact reason why it is advised that you run an AI on cycle and during PCT. Clomid does not get rid of estrogen, it only blocks it from attaching to the receptor. The estrogen is still free to circulate in your bloodstream. Once the Clomid is taken out of the way, it has free reign to do as it pleases.
I would run letro and Aromasin immediately. Once you notice the gyno issue is taken care of, taper down the letro, but continue the Aromasin.
