    preventing gyno

    Hey guys...lil concerned here
im only a week into my first cycle with test cyp and ive been having some funny feelings in my nips...not painful just not normal. i only have enough a-dex for .5 every other day and enough nolva just for my pct. Is there anything else i can get. Had considered getting something off a supp site (novedex, novatest aromiblock arom-x) would these even really do anything? am i just paranoid or should i look into getting something. any advice is appreciated thanks

    Hey,
Here's my experience with psychological gyno so far. I am in my 4 week of test e at 500/week, and I swore from week one and on that I was feeling twinges, itches, aching, etc, so I got my blood work done to verify. I was 27.2 and was taking .5 adex EOD and sometimes ED when I got paranoid. It was all in my head, not saying yours is, but I would highly recommend getting bloodwork done. I paid $44 dollars through lef.org and had results in 24 hours emailed to me. you can get it done at any labcorp lab with an order from lef.org. as soon as I got my results, all the itches and twinges went away lol. The peace of mind has been such a stress relief.
I would recommend having some more adex on hand just in case you need more and probably some letro. I have multiple bottles of adex, aromasin, letro and nolva, from two different research chem sites.
    Hope this helps

    To the original poster

Firstly I dont know how much test cypionate you are taking wkly. What I would suggest is to do two pins per week and that will keep your plasma levels more stabel.
And if you have real pharm grade adex tablets .5mgs 2x wkly should be fine. Presently I'm doing over a gram a week and I use .5 EOD and am having no problems. As for the nolvadex that should just be kept on hand for possible gyno problems during you'r cycle.
Clomid should be used for you'r PCT. Clomid for PCT is fine all by itself and is considered the standard PCT. Most people start high for the first week, second wk lower and the remaining two level.
Some go like 200mgs for the first 2 days, then 100mgs for the remainder of that wk, then 75mgs second week and the last two with 50mgs.
Nolva is real old school and clomid is much more effective.
I hope this helps you some but if you need any other help or suggestions just let me know.

It is hard for me to believe that gyno would start to set in after only one week of test. Maybe it is all in your head...

I would buy clomid and use that for your PCT. You can keep the nolva on hand, just in case the itchiness gets worse. Otherwise you could pick up some letro. Personally, I would just buy the clomid as it is better for PCT anyway.
