    Diet getting boring

Is making homemade burgers ok for on cycle? The same chicken, steak, pasta, oats is getting old and I'm not eating as much right not (last few days) thus not making any gains, partly cause I'm sick as well.

Share some of your fav. meals on cycle, I may steal it

Sure! I suggest using ground beef that is 90% lean though (or sirloin). They may not taste as good as a burger made with 70%, but the fat is a lot less.

To get the most protein out of your burger (or any other kind of beef), you want to have it cooked more on the rare side. If you overcook them, you are not getting the most out of the burger. If you overcook them, you lose protein and other nutrients.

Beeftips over noodles or rice is good and easy. I'm one of the guilty ones that dosent get nearly enough veggies. Unless my wife cooks (which is rare) I don't prepare vegetables.
Spaghetti with heavy meatsauce. Basically all ground beef or turkey with a little sauce. That's easy too. You could just do the jay cutler and brown turkey or beef and mix it plain with rice. It's boring but it's fast and loaded with what you need.
Everybody wanna be a bodybuilder but dont nobody wanna lift this heavy ass weight. R.C.

Killer Meat Loaf: I use 2 pounds ground lean turkey and 2 pounds extra lean hamburger meat. 3 whole eggs, cup of egg whites, 1 can of tomatoe paste, I diced onion, 1 diced bell pepper, I like to put in a pretty good dose of Montreal steak seasoning or about any steak or burger seasoning will work. 1 cup thick rolled oats. Mix it all up by folding in with hands until mixed, put in a large cake pan 9 x 13, pour a small can of tomatoe sauce on top and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr.

Sometimes I will add shredded lowfat cheese to mixture or sprinkle on top.
You will get more damn meat loaf than you know what to do, but everybody in house will like! and I always freeze about 1/2 and save for later. It also make killer sandwich for midnite snack.

I make a badass chicken marinara in huge batches and I can eat on it all week. Kind of a secret recipie but I'll give you an idea.

3-4 Lbs of Chicken (I use thighs and breasts.)
    Olive Oil
    Garlic
    Onion
Tomato sauce, Crushed tomatoes, Whole tomatoes
    Crushed Red Pepper
    Various seasoning

Pour a good amount of olive oil in the bottom of a big pot. Saute the garlic in the olive oil for a while. Add all of the other items cover, and turn on low. The longer you cook this the better it is. Add sugar to take some bitterness out of the tomatoes. Serve on wheat noodles.

If anyone has the balls to try this, you're welcome. Cause it's fucking amazing.

I bake some chicken, dice it up, throw it in some brown rice and kill it with hot sauce. It's not for the faint-hearted, but it sure tastes good.

And yes, there is nothing wrong with lean cuts of red meat. I try to eat a steak at least once a week.

veal is very lean you could bread it in ground cashi or ground quinoa insted of bread crumbs and use olive oil instead of egg wash and bake for 12 to 15 min

Thai Turkey mince is my fav meal at the moment.

Lean Turkey Mince how ever much you want

Blend garlic, red pepper, red onion

get a wok or frying pan, heat a little olive oil, dump in your garlic etc, let cook for 1 minute, put turkey in.

Once its cooked, add 1 big tablespoon of oyster sauce, and a few dashes of fish sauce, continue cookin till its dried up a bit

Then add the juice of a fresh lime, half or whole, its up to you

serve with some brown or red rice and asparagus.

Here are my quick and easy's:

    1 bag frozen veggies
    1 handful of frozen shrimp
reheat on low for a few minutes, add:
Panda Express: Chinese Food, Wok-Cooked and Served Fast
at the very end to kung pow that shit up and you have reasonably healthy chinese in 15 minutes

Another thing I like to do and since fruit spoils so quick. I freeze whole packages of strawberries and grapes. When I am mixing up vanilla shakes I'll pull those out and throw them into the blender like ice cubes. Extra cals and now you have vanilla strawberry or grape. Works well with other fruit too, watermellon/oranges/bananas etc but those don't freeze since you have to peel them.

Canned tuna or chicken, just throw that shit into whatever pasta or rice you have. Zero prep time.

Get a propane grill. Grilled chicken breast is awesome and it cooks in 20 minutes. Just flip once and you're golden. Boil in bag brown rice and you've got a meal.

Get a garlic press and garlic. Add it to everything. Garlic and soy sauce are a match made in heaven.
