

Ok in two weeks am starteing my second cycle so here my stats am 32yrs training for ten years on and off no lie am 5"5 max On the bench is 265 arms 60 my cal 2500 cardio 2 mile 5 days a week my cycle will bea classic sust 750 a week or maybe 500 not sure thats were i need help , dbol 30 or 40, deca 250 injection will be Monday wendsday Friday 10 weeks cycle of course nova in hand and Anastrozole

Looks good bro. I'm on the same cycle right now with Sus every third day 300 mg deca once a week and 50 mg dbol Ed. You will probably want to grab hcg Sus will shrink your boys up good. Other than that look g2g. I would think you will need to up the calories a bit if you really want to get the full effect of this mass cycle. Keep us posted on progress.


Ok Your calories will need to go up a good bit. What is your bodyweight? Did you say you run 2miles 5 days a week? GMO asked about the sust because it is not the best compound to run. It can cause fluctuating blood levels. Since it has som many different esters if you are going to run it I would use a higher dose than what you would run with a cyp or enanthate. I would run at least 750mg a week maybe even 875mg would be better because It will not hit you all at once. The dbol will be good at either 30-40mg ed for the first few weeks. How much Deca do you plan to take. I would use a 2:1 ratio of test to deca if you can. This will prevent sides related to deca loss of sex drive. You should have dopamine agonist such as cabaser or dostinex if you are going to use Deca to prevent prolactin build up. Your AI is fine for on cycle with a backup of nolva. Do you have a PCT setup of clomid and aromasin. Might want to consider Hcg because any test / deca cycle can cause a lot testicular atrophy.
