I like it. You may wanna get some other opinions on HCG. I know absolutely Zero about it, but everything else looks good. Youre obviously gonna bump up the Food intake but you know that since you gained 25 lbs last cycle.

What's going on guys? So i have been on this board for two weeks now and i have to say that this is by far one of the most informative AAS sites i have ever seen. It seems as if many of you guys have a lot of knowledge and experience and are willing and eager to share it to teach newer users the right way to do things.
Let me start by saying that I need help designing my second cycle. Here is the information you all need.
AGE: 28
WEIGHT: 150LB
HEIGHT:5'8"
CURRENT DIET:3500 cal a day. Macros 40/35/25 6 meals a day
TRAINING: Currently doing a 4 day split. 10x10 routine. I go back and fourth between 10x10 (high volume) for 6 weeks, and 5x5 (high intensity) for 6 weeks followed by 2 light weeks to recover nicely. I have been training consistently for 5 years.
A little history:
I began training regularly about 6 years ago. I was 22 and all skin and bones. I was about 115lbs soaking wet with a sweatshirt and tims on. After solid training for a year i put on about 25 lbs and decided to do my first cycle. I ran test cyp for 8 weeks at 500 mg a week and put on another 25 lbs. This put me at 165 which i was very happy with. I continued to train but not to gain weight. I just wanted to maintain. All was fine until 18 months ago. I noticed a lump right above my junk and went to the doctor to check it out. Turns out i was born with a hurnia and it just made itself known to me. So i had surgery. Could not train for 6 months. I lost everything. I was down to 119 lbs. So i spent the last year training and got back up to 150. I am an ECTOMORPH for sure and have a slightly hyperactive thyroid so its real hard to put on weight.
So i am starting to plan my next cycle. I don't plan on starting it until i reach 160 lbs. This is what i was thinking
10 week cycle
500 mg Test Cyp or Test E week 1-6
650 mg Test Cyp or Test E week 7-10
30 mg Dbol ed week 1-4
HCG 300 iu 2x per week week 3-12
Aromasin 12.5 mg eod for entire cycle and pct
Clomid 100/100/50/50 week 13-16
I was thinking about adding in some masteron or proviron week 5-10 to keep me nice and hard and vascular but I'm not really sure.
I appreciate any comments or suggestions. Im hear to learn and i need some good advise. Sorry about the novel too guys.

Your cycle looks pretty good to me. Only thing you messed up on IMO is the HCG which should say 300iu instead of 300mg. Use the aromasin at 25mg a day for first 2 weeks of PCT and then drop it down to 12.5 for 3rd and 4th week. Your cycle looks good and it looks like you have done your homework. IF you are trying to put on some weight I would up the calories to somewhere between 4000-4500 if you can. I would try to wait until you get to the 160 mark as well this way hopefully you wil go far beyond what you have been up to before. Good Luck.

Yea iu thats what I was trying to say. My bad. Just kept writing mg ya know. I don't even have my gear yet so I am def gonna wait. I also plan on upping the cal once i get on.
What's your opinion on the masteron/proviron. Do you think one is better than the other. And what's the dosage on those.
