    Igf-1 vs Test E

My friend and myself are planning to do our first cycle ever. We are accustomed to working out regularly and normal supplements. We have been debating over which to use for our first cycle. The plan is to figure out our base then get our PCT and remaining items sorted out.

Any input would be greatly appreciated. We are not looking to rush into this but we would like some help on deciding which would be better for a nice starting cycle and continuing our research. Decent muscle gains with limited fat increase would be the goal.

    Thank you for your time.

What are your stats? Age? weight? BF%? Years training? how many days do you train? IGf-1 is not for beginners IMO. You have to do a lot of things to use this correctily. Not something easy to use if you are inexperienced You are definetly not ready for this. I would do at least a few cycles first. Do you have a good diet and training plan setup now?

    First Cycle and PCT

This is a sticky. Read all of them. This one is the most important of them all. For your first cycle you should only use testosterone enanthate or cypionate. You will need an Aromatase Inhibitor (AI). I would use aromasin at 12.5mg every other day (EOD) while on cycle. Test should be taken at 400-500mg per week divided into two doses a week Mon and Thurs. For PCT use Clomid and Aromasin dosed as Heavyiron stats in the link I provided. You have to research first. Think about whether you want to start steroids. Once you do there is no going back. You may end up needing to be on HRT down the road for the rest of your life. There are many risks that come along with AAS. So make sure you are ready. Diet, nutrition, and traiining are everything.

you MUST reduce your bodyfat or your just going to get fatter! being 20% bf that means your diet is not in check. your diet is the biggest factor in your cycle unless your cycling meth and coke... with a good diet you could quickly get down to 12-14 %. then you will know you have the dedication to diet a cycle requires for solid gains! just stay around on these boards theres so much info that will help you!

Get to 12-14% and then consider a cycle.

Thank you for all your help everyone. I will hold off on a cycle for now and work on my diet and and drop my body fat over the next month or so then reevaluate once I know I can continue at time. I would appreciate any help that you can give in setting up a cycle in the mean time so I know what I have to do and what I need when the time comes.

True Coke would help with some good body fat loss. Anyone selling any? j/k I spent last night laying out my diet plan so I will be working hard on that for a bit.

I was under the impression an increase in muscle mass would cause an increase in your daily baseline calorie requirement. So an increase muscle mass would result in a decrease in overall fat generally?
