    hows this diet lookin

    my diet has consisted of this pretty much all cycle

    meal 1 : 4 whole eggs 4 egg whites, potatoes, big ass bowl of flaxseed oatmeal, apple/bannana and a tablespoon of peanut butter

    meal 2: 44g Protein shake

    meal 3: 16oz top sirloin and a bunch of white rice

    meal 4: 44g Protein Shake, banana

    meal 5: 8oz Chicken breast bunch of white rice, vegetables if im not to lazy to make em

    meal 6:44g protein shake

    before i go to bed meal 7: about 3 cups of cottage cheese

    im about 225 11% body fat 6/3 22 years old
    i was 208 when i started my cycle im 10 weeks in right now out of 16

    Lucky son of a bitch !
    I started my cycle at 180lb
    Had to eat this to before i even add an lb...


    Large bowl of whole oats with milk
    Fruit
    4 whole eggs and 4 slice of wholegrain bread
    Glass of milk


    Lunch
    6oz chicken breast Salad Half a Red Onion
    Glass of milk


    Dinner
    6oz chicken breast 1 cups of brown rice and mixed salad some vegetables
    Glass of milk


    Pre workout
    2 scoop reflex 120g
    2 slice whole grain bread 4 slice of turkey some salad
    2 Bananas

    Post workout
    2 scoop reflex 120g
    4 Wheatabix
    Bowl of Cornflakes

    Last Meal
    8oz Of rump steak some carrots and some fruit

    Total
    calories 4,478
    Protein 328.3
    Carbs 227.2g
    Fats 89
    Drink around 3-4ltr of water.
    Now i add 2 ltr of milk per day plus a box of cereal bars extra 2000 calories and thats me at 205lb.



    If i was you i would add another meal in there.

    Why are you even cycling? There is NO WAY you've maxed out your natural growth potential at 22 years old.

    Bottom line is everyone wants a quick fix and thinks AAS is the easy way to get huge. Too bad it doesn't work that way.

    Sad to say but i am the same as OP........
    I wanted to be twice the size of anyone my age.
    I strive to be physically better than everyone, bigger,faster and stronger.
    Only done 1 cycle and it will be my last....for a number of years.

    It at 150g now Built.
    This was my diet that i had saved a few month ago.
    Not really a fan off fatty foods even the good kind.
    Most of it comes with the food i eat and hand full of nuts.
