OTC pain meds aren't going to hurt ya if you take em like you're supposed to. Ibuprofen is pretty damn safe, its when ppl take them by the fistful that its starts getting harmful. Take it like the bottle says and truth is man you need to get that tooth checked out if its hurting that bad. You wouldn't believe the kind of havoc an abscessed tooth can cause if you let it go too long.

Don't ever feel stupid for asking any question like this either, but a lot of ppl take a lot of crazy strong meds and do just fine. Short term you'll be just fine, just call ur dentist lol. You can pm me if you're still not at ease brother.

You will be ok just don't overdo it. IB can tear up stomach over long peroids of time.
