So far I've been running tren with Eq and test enanthate. Night sweats as normal but fuck i feel like I'm ready to jump out of my skin when I'm trying to sleep. Any thoughts on a good remedy to help me sleep.

Almost 0 protein in meal 1?

All this aside.EQ gives me anxiety that requires benzos for sleeping once I go over 500mg weekly. Since EQ doesnt do shit untill your at 600mg I dont use it.
Shake is Included at breakfast and dinner. So it comes to about four shakes or protein. And ya peanut butter if I'm hungry works for me. I'm 6"2 235 8% bf. Ask Persian prince how I'm looking lol. I'm suppose to weigh around 240+ but I have to eat less or I'll get bloated as a fish. I'm not doing competitions so staying in good shape is about all my gear is for. What's a good snack to eat. Bc I'm starving come 2 am? Would you throw another meal in the mix? I've never tried benzos. How does it make you feel in the morning?
