There are plenty of other good choices for good quality carbs besides pasta.

I'm doing a 3 week cycle of mdrol at 20/20/20. Just had a few questions about dieting. I way 224 lbs. i consume a little over 230 lbs of protein a day and i eat a can of green beans and decent amount of pasta each day for carbs.. I'm going to take my first pill at 9 a.m. then the next one at 330 pm an hour before my work out. Is that dosing okay and ive been told dont eat later than 7 o clock. My last meal each day is around 630-7 is it okay to have another protein shake in at around 8 or 830?. Dont worry i have proper cycle support and pct. Today was the first day of my cycle so please comment if this diet is okay. All meals/protein shakes are spaced 1.5 hrs -2hrs apart roughly starting at 9 am

so okay 9 a.m. banana bowl of raisin bran (cycle assist,mdrol,fishoil)
1.5 hours later protein shake
1.5-2hrs later two turkey sandwiches and half a can of green beans
1.5-2hrs later it'll be a meal of rigatoni pasta and two chicken breast(protein shake on off day)
1.5-2hours later protein shake ( pasta and chicken on off day)( mdrol,fishoil)
workout
protein shake
1.5-2hrs either two more chicken breast and pasta or two turkey sandwiches and half a can of green beans (cycle assist)
each meal i get about 16g of protein from my milk and about 50g of protein or more from my shakes
