    My Cycle....comments?

    Hi Guys,
    Well im 22, havent trained for 10weeks due to injury then i had a gyno op as i had pubertal gyno.

    I have done 3cycles before, first one was test and dbol, second one test and dbol and third one test and npp with var which i liked.

    Im 6ft and 225lbs atm as i have lost a good 20lbs due to not training and eating like crap for the last 10weeks.

    I have been light training now for 3week and feel good, and am planning on the below cycle....

    Weeks 1-8
    Sus 600mg
    NPP 300mg
    Anavar 75mg
    Eq500mg

    Weeks 9-12 (Cruising as myostatin/receptor reasons - Let my body reset so that it responds well to the second half of my cycle)
    Test 200mg
    Eq 500mg

    Weeks 13 onwards
    Test 600mg
    Eq 500mg
    Anavar 100mg
    Tren 300mg

    I am also using 12.5mcg aromasin everyday and 0.5mg prami when running npp or tren to act as a dopamine agonist. I have toremifene on hand incase of gyno symptoms.

    The first 8weeks are purely to add lost size and regain size from muscle memory, then when the cruise starts I will be starting my cut to get into shape for summer.

    Diet looks like this for the firs 8weeks which is enough to keep me growing after a lay off, I ALSO will have a CARB LOAD every sunday.

    Example of My Daily Diet on Training Days

    Meal 1-7am
    2.5 Scoops Whey + 60ml Powdered oats + banana + 14g Ground Plain Almonds + Vitamins
    Meal 2 – 9.30
    225g Chicken Breast, Just under half cup Quinoa + Banana + 10ml Garlic Olive Oil + veg + 2g fish oil
    Meal 3 – 12.30
    2.5Scoops Whey, 100ml Powdered Oats + 14g Plain Almonds
    Meal 4 – 3.00
    225g Chicken Breast, 20ml Garlic Olive Oil + Veg + 14g Plain Almonds + 2g fish oil
    Meal 5 – 6.00
    225g Chicken Breast + 14g Plain Almonds + 15mlGarlic Olive Oil + Veg + 2g fish oil

    (Train From 7.10 – 8pm – During Training will Drink 30g BCAA’s plus 1 Scoop Bulk Supplements Direct Reloaded – BCAA’s were Bought from Trueprotein.com)

    Meal 6 – PWO

    2.5 Scoops Whey + 70g Vitargo( Just under 2 scoops 70cc)
    Meal 7 – 10pm
    4 Large Whole Eggs + Tin Tuna + Veg + 2g fish oil

    Fairly low in carbs, but i have been eating SHIT since i havent been able to train, so hopefully in the first 8weeks I can gain muscle and lose fat,.

    I have taken start pictures then I will put some pictures up in 8weeks too.

    that diet's gonna get old fast bro. I would throw in some beef or buffalo or any other kind of meat for one of the chicken breast meals. I only put down 24-28 oz of chicken a day and I can't stant to even think about chicken unless it's in the form of hot wings in a cheat meal. But hey where there's a will there's a way.

    I can't comment on the cycle, that's a lot of compounds, but I'll leave that to the more experienced guys.

    The sus choice is a poor one at best, the EQ dose is too low and how do you plan on dosing 300mg of NPP a week?

    This thread reminds me a lot of the one's you posted over at AF.

    300mg a week, ill shoot monday, wed, and friday on the npp.
    Can I ask why you think sus is a bad choice?
    Also, eq....i thought 500mg was a good dose?

    Ah ok, because of the esters....
    So after reading your thread, i should be injecting sus at say 2.5ml every 8days =1g of gear...but looking into what you actually get its more like 700mg test..is that what you mean?

    seen as test e is 70mg per 100mg...does that mean that if i wanted to run say 700mg id actually need to run 1000mg of test?

    Didn't learn your lesson the first time huh? If I got gyno and had to have op done to remove it I wouldn't touch AAS ever again. JMHO

    It was gyno from puberty.
    I also had the full gland removed

    Pretty mad and complex cycle.

    I would just keep things simple

    1-20 Test 500-600mg
    1-20 EQ 800mg
    1-6 Anavar 100mg
    1-8 NPP 100mg EOD

    What i would do given the gear.

    You might want to rethink your diet.
    Will last a week before you need to bump up calories.
    Its ok to add a few little cheats in there to boost calories doesn't have to be really healthy foods like Chicken eggs and oats ED that will get very boring.

    Add some things like sausage, Bacon and beans into your breakfast.
    Do this will all meals.

    Also...you say NPP EOD...can you not get away with 3times a week?

    I have a cheat day on sunday, lots of carbs...and keep the fats low.

    To keep your levels as steady as possible it is optimal to pin Npp eod. Its not gonna make or break your cycle, but you will have some peaks and valleys due to the extra day. Look it up under the profiles for a better explanation.

    To make best use of all the esters in sus, will that be best done every other day too?

    How would you switch from sus to test cyp..simply stop sus and start test cyp?

    I will have a cruise of 4weeks in the middle on just 200mg test, due to myostatin levels and receptors and pathways not been fresh anymore.

    Its just i have 24ml of sus left, so id rather use it...but CT is saying sus is rubbish..

    If i do 1ml npp and 0.5ml sus eod for 8weeks, then start using test cyp i guess that will work

    I don't know if its just me, but you just said you were injured and have been eating like shit for 10 weeks. Wouldn't you want to train for a few weeks and get on that diet before hand? I know if I was out of the gym for 10 weeks I would have lost some strength and would want to make that up and for the shitty eating for the last 10 weeks get off that McD and taco bell fat-ass meal diet.

    Hi pal, sorry if i didnt explain properly, I have already had 3weeks like/medium training and as of monday this week I have been training normally again.

    Does everyone think I should ditch the sus and just run cyp?

    My sus 400 is = 60mg test prop, 90mg phenylprop, 90mg isocarproate and 160mg decanoate.

    So based on that...will eod be best?

    I think so, I've never ran either however sus sucks from what i've heard/read and I'm running test c next cycle. Much more stable and not so much pinning.

    i have lots of prop and lots of test e.
    so im gonna switch to 450mg prop as its 150mg/ml and 300mg test e.

    Maybe I missed it but there is no mention of any vegetables in your diet. No good green leafy stuff. You gotta add something good ED such as spinach or broccoli. No canned veggies - the fresh or frozen versions with no shit added to them.

    Sorry, I also have veg with all my solid meals, and i have green lightning with my first shake.

    I have got alot of 150mg/ml prop and 300mg test e.

    So ill switch and use those two.
