you mean like running about 150ius total in 7 days, then nothing else until the next month right? No I haven't tried it, though I've been reading a lot more about it lately, and some seem to swear by it.
I'm too afraid that the sides would be unbearable.

cant see how that would be effective although i have heard of othes trying it..
im thinking 4iu daily and every once and a blue moon toss in 10ius three days a week along with your regular 4ius and do that for a week or two and then go back to 4iu might do something different. Who knows
i like to keep it simple 2iu in the am and 2iu after workout and be finished with it
