Timing t3 and clen with a contest

Say you were 12 weeks out from a body building comp and you were going to run t3 and Clen, how would you run your cycle? Also note you'd be running some superdrol in there for about a month stopping 3 weeks out because it makes you bloated.

I am going to do an mdrol cycle soon too accompanied with clen/t3. I recently learned that I could even run it for 12 weeks straight and since I'm about 5 weeks through and not going to stop at 6 weeks now I believe I am going to do that. I am currently running clen at 160mcg(higher bf% seem to be able to take more) and t3 at 50mcg. In about 3 weeks I plan to run mdrol with it and possible keep my clen at same dosage but maybe up my t3 to 75 or more because the mdrol will help combat t3 eating up my muscle.

So maybe just run the shit for 12 weeks and keep the t3 around 50mcg until you hit mdrol and the clen to whatever you can handle supplementing in ketotifen or benadryl(idk if this actually works) every 3rd week for that week. Throw the mdrol in at week 5 or so and possible up the t3 during tht. This is however just a suggestion and I'm not sure how safe it is to up the t3 then drop it again just for mdrol/superdrol cycle. I never got a clear answer for that.

I'm sure more experienced will chime in but maybe this will help??
