Expecting delivery.If not home will mailman leave it outside or leave a note. Reason why, it's going to be in the 30ties and 40ties outside and I'm afraid the cold weather will mess up my sh1t

Where I live [depending on the shipping method ] the mailman will leave the package in the mailbox . I would not worry about the temps that you mentioned . I do not think your gear will be useless from being in those temps for a few hours , although I have also wondered about the same thing .
