Today I discovered what my EGO wouldn't let me for a long while see. My elbows will not let me use the free weights and dumbbells for the time being. My elbows are FVCKIN KILLING ME. I am thinking about seeing an ortho doc but I don't want to spend 40 dollars on a copay when I got kids that could use that money if they get sick. I don't want to use up the flex spending account just on me. So this morning I was left using the LIFE FITNESS and HAMMER STRENGTH machines. What kind of results can I achieve with a workout plan and a TEST-E/ANAVAR CYCLE on these machines. My diet is in check.

That's rather noble of you but look at it from a different stand. Let's hypothetically say you're driving your kids in the car and some ass clown is texting and you need to swerve to get out of the way, if you don't everyone inside gets wrecked, but you can't move the wheel that fast because you're in so much pain. GO SEE A DR. or take some time away from the gym.
For aching/painful and sore joints take high doses of Winstrol. lol, just kidding - bad joke I know. Seriously, I'd see the doctor b/c it's never a bad thing to seek medical attention and taking care of yourself. Taking care of yourself and addressing any and all health issues means that you will be strong enough and reliable for your kids/family.
The only thing that will make it better is rest. I would have a doc check it out. I have some bad tendonitis in my right shoulder right now and it is so bad I can't really train chest at al. The doc told me to rest it and take IBprofein for the pain. I have been using light weight on Chest with High reps on machines, pushups, and cables. Just trying to find ways to work around it. Get it checked out to be safe. CT had a very good way of looking at it.

I never thought about it that way. Man I need my babies(13,12,9) this might sound crazy to you guys but I don't know if I could live without my kids.
If you're talking tendonitis, then make ice your best friend.
I'm also thinking the test e is going to help - you'll have some water in your joints, and anavar likes to repair everything. You may not be able to get the full value of the cycle because the pain may limit your movements, but from a repair standpoint I'm kinda thinking it might feel great. Tho you also run the risk of aggravating it more if you can liftin more.
Regarding the tendonitis itself ... shit never really goes away. I've got the same forearm tendonitis I developed in 1992. I've had sore elbows (basically the opposite of "tennis elbow"since the late 90s and the last couple years it has killed my curls. 12 year ago I was doing 40 lb db curls - you'd think I'd have increased that. At a few points I've been up to 90 lb ezbar curls and decent cable curls, but these days I keep it more in the 30-35 range, alternate w/ more hammercurls (hurts less) and more just full ROM controlled curls, and I get excited when I can do a set that doesn't hurt.

Ya know when I was on cycle I don't remember being in pain to much. It only took 2 sets to warm it up and then I was cool. TEST-E/DBOL/PROVIRON
i had elbow probs before they make a brace that goes around your forearm that keeps the tendons in your elbow from using to much strength so it can heal. but you have to go to the ortho to get it...

What was the name of the brace and or company can you offer a pic?

i dont know the name but it wrap around your forearm really tight so you couldnt use your elbow tendons. i know if you wore it on the under forearm it would help the inner elbow. and if you wore it top forearm it helped the outer elbow. you could try a sporting good store.
