It sounds like you are one of those very sensitive persons in this area. Also the fluid. def sounds like prolactin issue.At some point it may be time to seek a doctors medical care. I know you would have to find one of those "educated" docs as most are clueless in this area. Good luck Bro.

Can anyone tell me the proper way to start prami? I'm currently on letro ...

Is liquid prami ok? Or can someone PM me a link to pills? I think I'm going to lower my letro from 2.5 a day to 1.25 and when the prami comes in run them together until, hopefully, the puffiness and lactation stops. Then I would taper down the letro but continue taking prami with aromasin for a week or two then jump on some nolva just incase for a few weeks. Does this sound ok to you experts? I've never done any research on prami and I'm at work on my phone so this is just a very unthought-out plan lol

I've been taking prami for 5 days now. I was anxious to start seeing results so I did .6mg, .6mg, .75mg, 1mg, 1mg. I've also still been taking 2.5mg Letro ED so far im still lactating clear liquid but feeling a little better than i was mentally. Anyone know how long it should take before i see some results? if I take more than .25mg at a time, I get VERY sleepy. In the beginning I'd get so sleepy I felt like crap and couldn't drive So I have been taking .25mg when I wake up, .25mg in the afternoon, then .5mg before bed. It has not affected my sleep except maybe I wake up a little earlier now and feel well rested. I get a little tired about 1.5-2 hrs after I take my doses during the day but it goes away within an hour or two. Also, eat something when or before you take it, it helps.

Haven't noticed any change in appetite

I'm very dry, lips are dry, dry skin, I have to remind myself to drink water throughout the day.

I am on letro so I still dont have a sex drive...However! I do still have sexy time with the wife and let me tell you...this stuff increases sexual performance like CRAZY! I..."finished" after a LONG session...and my goods stayed up just crazy stiff...so we went round 2, second "finish" was amazing. After that...round 3 for real. It was crazy. I think I may have physically been able to go again yet there was that effect from the letro that made me not really want to lol I am SOOO ready to come off the letro because this stuff is a magic sex drug!!

My sense of well being is good. I have been stressed lately and the letro has had me feeling a bit depressed and I can say now, I feel normal again. The wife said I have a "glow about me"

Just an update, I've been taking the prami for a little over 2 weeks now and the side effects of feeling sleepy all day have subsided as long as I split my doses. The last week or so I've been running .3mg in the morning, .3mg in the afternoon, then .6mg within a couple of hours before bed.

I can't say a lot about a libido increase because I've still been on letro. However I am going to begin exemstane in its place next week so I will update on that subject.

My gyno...almost COMPLETELY gone!! for the first time that I can remember, I can take my shirt off without hard nipples and not feel self conscious. In order for my nips to look even slighty puffy or like there is any amount of fat on my chest I have to be completely warm (nip not hard at all) and basically bring my arm down across my chest, kind of mashing it (think of flexing your chest with your hands in fists out in front of you). Even then its such a small amount of puff I'm pretty sure no one would ever even notice it except me. Im sooo critical of my body and dwell over the smallest imperfections. Hopefully this prami keep reducing it but if not I am gladly going to pay $4k for a surgeon to remove it. Just because having puffy nips all through my childhood and now into my 20s has made me so sensitive about how my chest looks. I want to be able to wear a thin white t shirt in the summer and look like I have a chiseled chest. Not work my a$$ off every day just for any attention i get to be drawn to my puffy nip.

I'll keep updating this thread with my results. I figure it may be helpful because I have never done anything that would increase my prolcatin levels, letro did nothing for me...prami is working. if you're considering shelling out $3-6k on gyno surgery, maybe give it a try first.

When I first did my PCT the puffiness went away from my nipples but came back before I was done. Then when I started the Letro the puffiness started decreasing after a couple of weeks...but as I continued taking it they started hurting again and the puffiness came back...if you've read this thread you'll see I then started taking Prami and the puffiness went down again and my gyno was completely gone, no lumps...but I've continued taking it and my nipple are sore and itchy and they are becoming puffy again and lumps are forming...

Also I started secreting clear liquid from my nips again...yet i'm taking 1.2mg ED of prami and 25mg of Aromasin....

Why the HELL does everything I try start to work then it reverses?? It's like my gyno almost loses to these chemicals only to build an immunity and fight them off. I have super hero gyno!

Bloodwork, and/or see a doc seems like the next logical step. That's what I would do if it were me.

Did you change the brand of your meds? If you did, u could have gotten bunk stuff.

I didn't change the brand, it's from RUI...

I guess I probably will take a trip to the Dr. soon... I'll probably finish up this prami and taper off everything and give it some time to clear my system then go get everything checked

^^^This is your best option at this point. Also, I would never cycle anabolics again if I were you.
