    Dbol

I've been on dbol for about 3 weeks now and as of a few days ago it appears as if my gains have somewhat tappered off. I'm just nowhere as big as I was a week ago, although I still feel very solid. I went into the gym today and found that my joints were mildly/somewhat sore and my strength was down a little. What's going on, is this occurring because perhaps estrogen has kicked in?

First how old are you? What is your cycle history? What are you running with the dbol? Are you running an AI? What dosage are you using?

Did you change your diet? How much did you gain? What else are you taking? Did you start cardio? I never have that problems with Geneza Dbol

I've been using orals for about 5 years now and I am currently running 60mg/day of dbol only. I have no cardio incorporated into my workouts, however my diet has been inconsistent this week. Although, my weight has gone up since this this decline in size and strength. If one is to suggest that it could be the diet, how would that explain the mild soreness of the joints and the drop off in strength?

You should have done a little more research before running this cycle. D-bol only gains are ridiculously hard to keep. You have to be completely dialed in as far as diet, training and PCT. Even then, you will lose quite a bit of your gains. Honestly, I would grab some test prop and start running that alongside the d-bol and for at least 2 weeks after you discontinue it.

Also, you are worried about estrogen? Are you not running an AI?

Wait I'm confused and don't understand the last two statements. What will explain a lot? I would like you to explain how my diet will cause mild soreness in my joints. And as far as the doing more research comment, I understand that gains are tough to keep, but I'm still On Cycle so I'm accustomed to not trying to keep gains On Cylce but continuing to build gains. I don't mind constructive criticism but you guys are no help. You guys are weak. No help whatsoever. Thanks!

You didn't understand the advice I gave you, and I'm weak?

It just reinforces that fact to me that you have absolutely no idea of what you are doing and should have never started using AAS to begin with...

You obviously have no idea of what you speak of. You have not given one bit of advice and have made a few baseless claims. I'm done, what is the point of this.

This guy has no business using AAS and makes all of us look bad when he messes himself up and blames the AAS. He was given good advice by GMO and doesn't want to listen. SO WHY DID YOU MAKE THIS THREAD. You are doing things wrong. You need to stop using AAS all together until you UNDERSTAND how to use them correctly.

Okay I've got it take ol' boys advice and get some test e. Still have yet to have gotten any assistance with my question. If you don't know or can't help than don't take a crack at trying to help. You guys need to realize that you all are not going to know the answer to every question. What ever you guys are taking is fucking with your heads, or is this just an ego thing.

I think you stated that you were "done" so they probably decided not to reply and give you any more answers. If I didnt know you had some pain I would say its important to know if you are using an AI I believe the estrogen could cause you some loss in strength but if you have some pain then I think you need to figure out the source and severity of the injury. If you are injured then obviously that is going to reduce your strength. And yeah do more research. You will see that most people seem to agree that test should be the base of most cycles.

Every pizza starts with dough right? look at it that way... Put whatever toppings on it that you want... but if you dont start with the dough, you cant call it a pizza

well as far as joint pain id say its from trying to push too hard on the weight.... lifting too much... and wht peeps are trying to tell u is research more running an oral only cycle is not a good idea u need to run test with an oral to make it worth while and also Dbol is a waste of time u might gain while ur on it but u will also lose wht u gain...and as far as strength tapering off well ur on a dbol only cycle thats why test is a huge part of a cycle... get some test

I realize that folks on here comprehensibly knowledgeable and well versed, if you will, with this stuff. I guess I just wasn't too keen on some folks coming at me in an unconstructive way. Duly noted!

I have ran an anadrol only cycle before and as with most oral only cycles you will get good gains for the first 4 weeks max and then your just wasting your money to keep using them.

Yup, Anadrol-only cycle back in 1996 for me. It was like speeding down the road in a Porshe 911 Turbo GT2....then driving right off a cliff. Lesson: it was fun while it lasted but didn't end well. I neglected to account for all the other stuff that comes with an oral-only cycle; especially when it's 'Drol or Dbol. Lesson learned.
