    Suggestions for my first cycle.

I've been training for about 5 years now and I've been making decent gains. When I started I was around 180 lbs, now I'm a solid 245. However, I really want to start getting more serious about my training and making bigger gains. I'm really familiar with all the supplements out there but when it comes to steroids and pro-hormones I'm completely clueless. I was just curious what you guys would suggest for a beginner's cycle. My friend just finished a cycle of Super-DMZ and made some decent gains so that is what I'm leaning towards right now. I play football so I'd really like something that's gonna sizably increase my strength and speed without compromising too much flexibility. I'm only 19 so I don't want to mess my system up too bad, so I made it a goal to learn as much as I can before I start my first cycle. If I'm gonna do this I want to do it the right way. Any advice or suggestions you guys could share about what to cycle and what PCT I should use would be a great help. Thanks in advance.

And just to clear up any confusion I read the sticky on first cycles and PCTs. It helped but I still want some more detailed advice pertaining to what worked for other guys the best.

Your only 19 you should stay away from phs/gear for a few more years. You say your 245 now if you keep up your training and continue to work hard it will only make it that much better for a first cycle in years to come.. Just my 2 cents bro

at 19 and 245 you way ahead of the game.focus on training and your diet accordingly to your football position and what skills your need to make you the best football player you can be there are a bunch of camps and etc you can go to to help you with this. a ph/ds or steroids is not the answer at 19 its not worth the risk and issues you could have down the road.

Def avoid aas/ph until your in your early to mid 20's....heck even later. I took phs in high school years ago and never knew enough to recover properly. Most of the men inmy family are six foot+ I started @ 5'8" and never grew another inch. might not be a result, but who knows. just give it time, I know its hard to turn your back on the idea for a few more years, but it will be worth it. I was scared for years that I had become infirtile from my usage, and really wished I had waited..thankfully I was able to still have kids

listen to these guys bro, do not mess with it until you are older.
you can still make some natural gains, and you do not want to mess with them at your current age.

Thanks for the replies so far guys. It sounds gay and cliche but I really just want to be the best at what I do. I feel like if I could cut 2 tenths of a second off my forty or add another 50 to 100 lbs to all my lifts I'd be a freak. Right now I'm benching 345 for 6 reps and power cleaning 315 for 5, it just doesn't seem good enough to me. Being a college athlete is a ton of pressure and I just want to impress the hell out of people.

its perfectly understandable, who doesn't want to be the biggest baddest mofo in the gym or wherever.

the thing is at your current age, you should try your best to avoid ph/ps/juice and what not.

you can try some supplements that boost your natural test.

You have to avoid AAS in order to be the best you can be in the future. You are still gaining believe it or not. Yeah the gains may have slowed but these few more pounds you gain over the next few years naturally will make all the difference between you and the other guy who chose to take AAS to early. When you are fully developed meaning your endocrine system and decide to use steroids you will be that guy you want to be. You have tremendous potential don't mess it up by using too early. You can go further by waiting and get the most out of your physique by doing so. Don't make the biggest mistake of your life listen to the advice you got here today. Not one person is telling you to go for it for a reason. Do the right thing for yourself listen. Good Luck and damn your lifts are impressive keep up the good work.

    Listen to this^^^

On a side note, I played Div 1 ball and trained naturally during my entire four years. Because I was young and we were pushed hard, I was able to make consistent strength and size gains without the use of banned substances. I was also able to walk into all of the NCAA piss tests with no worries, unlike some of my teammates.

When I was old enough and had already laid a solid foundation after 10 years of balls-to-the-wall training, I introduced AAS to the mix. The results were beyond ridiculous. Take it from me, a person who has walked in your shoes...wait until after college. I guarantee you that you won't be sorry.

You did write that you want to "do things the right way." The "right way" is to wait until you're around 24 yoa. Don't worry about impressing other people. If your stats are true then I'm sure they are already impressed. Plus, you've got nothing to prove to anybody - except yourself. Therefore, wait. Time is on your side.

You already impressed the hell out of me. Stick to the natural training. You are obviously doing something correctly.
