if all your taking is 200mg a week of cyp, you shouldn't need arimidex of hcg. i'd only use the arimidex IF sides show and if you want to bulk up a bit then up the cyp to 300 and get some turinabol. both at low low doses would put some good clean mass on ya and you really wouldn't have to worry about bloat or anything. if you don't mind a little bloat then get d-bol instead. keep it simple

What does your blood levels look like ? I agree with more tes and TBol-your amount of tes you are now taking wouldn't do much at all for growth.

At your age the answer is obvious. Up your test dose. 400-600mg weekly for 8 weeks.

in responce my test levels are around 1300 and yes all 200mg is doing is replacing my low test and lets me workout at the level of a younger man( im 5-71/2 168 lbs little body fat maybe11%bench tops out at 300, leg press 800 hitting a wall cant get biceps bigger 16,not bad for a 60 year old but want to get bigger).figured id have to get more test pehaps 8 to 10 weeks, but was woundering about adding deca heared it stores water in joints reliving joint pain.didnt know avar(expencive) and eq would help joints?tbol seem like good idea .any recomed onhow long and dose?also since after cycle i will return to 200test is pct of any value if so what? and finally how to keep gains? thanks for feeback

200mg of nandrolone deconate weekly is fine with a bit more test. Stay with the injects. Orals will trash your lipids. Thats no good at your age.

No PCT, just resume the HRT dose after the blast.
