for those who have used winni before would you recommend splitting the dosages up (ex: 25mg morning, 25 pre-workout) or doing it all at once (50mg pre-workout). From articles ive read online ive seen instructions for both so i was just wondering what everyone thinks and got better results from?
i split them. morning evening. i just thought that the half lives were like 9 hours or something so splitting them would be best for keeping stable levels.

^^ This. I used to take first thing in morning (25mg) and then about 8 hours later around 3pm or so (another 25mg). Worked out around 5pm. Worked well for me.
