Itchy sore palms? Sust, creatine or Valium?

I have been on deca and sust for 5 weeks now, just started making good gains. Started taking a creatine protien shake about a week ago, sometimes I don't feel like esting right after a workout so easier to drink one. Also I sometimes take Valium. Helps me sleep.
Anyway this morning I woke up with itchiness just above my crack. No big deal thought it was the poor diet I had the day before. But now for the last 12 hours I've been getting extremley itchy palms of my hands and a little sore. Worse when I scratch. I wash them regularly ect. Any ideas. Did a google search, but to many different opinions so better to ask you guys who actually know what there talking about. Thx

Defiantly take a an Antihistamine like Benadryl or Clarit if B makes you drowsy... Sound like an allergic reaction. If it continues you will have to use trial and error to see what it could be.

That sounds a lot like how I felt when I found out I was allergic to aromasin. I started with itchy palms and it spread over a few days. I got to the point where my wife found me in the kitchen at 3:00 a.m scratching crazily with a utensil. Take benedryll and be careful. Mine got so bad I had to see the doctor twice. First he gave me prednisone pills. It still itched bad and I had to go back for a cortisone shot.

lol well you said its both hands so it cant be a torn muscle in the palm unless you did it to both and thats unlikly, and unless your a switch hitter it cant be from spanking your monkey, id stick with the allergic reaction lol :P

Took some antihistamines. Did the trick. Knocked me out for a full day. The only thing I can think of was I mixed a few raw eggs in with a shake. Lost a few pounds because my throat was swollen to. Bit pissed of about that. Anyway back with a vengenouns now. Going to tear the gym apart next time I'm there

do you use gloves? maybe you got warts from bare palming bars.
It doesn't matter how you find the pot of gold, so long as you beat the leprechauns.
TJTJ is fictional character and purely theoretical.
