    Thoughts On Cycle After Injury

I have a bro that is 6 weeks into a test enanth only 500 per week. He injured his shoulder he says its pretty severe/painful though MRI was negative for any rotator cuff tears. He is in physical therapy. can not lift anything substancial at the moment.

I told him I would quit cycle and begin PCT.

Another friend of ours said drop to maybe 250 a week and tear into some serious cardio and make it a cutter. He is in his 30s 2nd cycle and could stand to lose some bodyfat...

Im interested in hearing a vets point of view. Would you do either of those ideas? Do you have a better idea?
    Thanks bros!

I had a similar event happen to me. I tore my anterior delt while on cycle, and I immediately stopped my cycle. I did an aggressive PCT and I worked out what I could around it. I adjusted my diet accordingly and went through physical therapy. B/c of my diet, cardio and training, I actually ended up pretty ripped after a few weeks. If your friend eats right and learns how to train around his injury, he should be able to rebound pretty quick. Going on a cruise may be counterproductive for him, as it will be more difficult for him to regain his natty T levels when he is done.

I was supposed to start a cycle the first of February, but tore my rotator cuff right before Xmas and had surgery the first week of January. My recovery is going well, but I do not plan on starting the cycle now until Sept. I will be trying to work up to normal weights by August and then hit the weights hard a couple weeks into the cycle.
