What ya think with 12 weeks of Test E and HCG. Diet 100% and Workout 100%.
Won't the HCG burn out the fat and bring me down with 3 days a week of cardio to at least 12% with heavy lifting.
Or do I wait to get to 15% BF and then take my first shot?
Dude you might get flamed for even asking but I wont do that. The thing is it is very tempting to use AAS before you are ready but you really really shouldn't. Asidefrom all the elevated chances of sides with a higher BF it also puts a lot of stress on an already stressed body when you are at 23%. Also with the bloat that you are guaranteed to experience with that high of a BF it is very possible to get discouraged.
Yeah, I get it, I ordered my gear but "the plan" in effect is dieting my ass off right now, working out hard f ing core and seeing what my bf is in a month.
Dod Gamnit! I hate HIT Treadmill Training. Alright, Sacrifices. I'll do Cardio 4.5 days a week. My weight training has been 5 days a week. Only the last two months have I been concentrating on adding weight and not just lifting what my buddy lifts too lazy to constantly change the weight. Time to get big.
BF should be half of that before touching aas. Diet and train to get down to 12% before pulling the trigger on aas. You'll be doing yourself a huge disservice if you start aas before you're fit and ready. Plus, if you diet and train naturally for now - you'll set yourself up to keep a lot of the gains you make.
I agree with everyone here - you're too fat to run this. You'll aromatize too much of it and the risk of gyno is very real - not to mention the risk to your prostate.
Are you losing now? Cardio isn't the key to fat-loss; that part's diet. What calories are you running and how much do you need to lose to drop below 15%?

Get bodyfat down to at least 12-14%. In the meantime study AAS so you know how to use them. Go to the diet section and start researching a diet to use. Get on fitday.com and stick with it. Do cardio 3-4 days a week after your weight training.
Five micro meals and that's your diet? Okay, assuming all you lost on the scale was fat (which is ludicrous btw, the first five pounds was probably glycogen and water) then you created a deficit of about 32000 calories over 15 days, or about 1500 calories a day. Add this to your intake and your maintenance was about 2800 calories a day when you started. Not very high.
You'll need to diet down to about 200 lbs, then maintain that weight for a few weeks before you begin your cycle. You think 1200 calories a day is going to be fun for another 25 lbs?

how about you get the gear and cycle so its all ready, and DONT START IT until you get to like 16%bf? youll have the gear on standby as motivation and something to work towards
those pice aren't the greatest, but you dont look like 23% bodyfat, unless yous gots a ghetto bootie. Ask a trainer at your gym to measure you, they should be able to tell you your BF%
Gear is on the way and I guess It is going to have to wait. I've have got nothing but time. I understand your first cycle should be your best and I dont want to hinder my benefits by not doing it right the first time.

Definitely need to revisit diet - if you're trying to do anythign on 1300 calories, about all you can really accomplish w/o muscle loss is sleeping. The goal is to eat enough to let your body meet your energy goals, set up a great burn rate and then keep it going. Starvation diet will make you drop "weight" for a while, but that weight will invariably include muscle mass. Adding in cardio will just increase catabolism. And eventually your metabolism will just adjust down anyway and stall out.
I am 25. Yeah, that was a funny one. I am stonger and bigger then I have ever been. I suprise myself in the gym when a 25 lbs dumbell seems rough, I grab and 30 lbs and it seems to go smoother. I am heading to the diet section, basically going to repost my stats and get some fresh advice from the guru's over there.
why is that a questionable sentence? I did back today and with dumbell rows for my lats I pumped 12 reps with the 25 lbs. Then grabbed a 30 lbs and pumped 8. went to 35 lbs pumped 6. The 25 and the 35 seemed rough, the 30 was spot on.

No dude, he's definetively in his mid 20's. If he was a experience person that was bulking and maybe got to fat it could be his bf was in the high teens low twenties. But this guy doesn't seem to have much experience dieting, and I imagine training either. If he had some muscle underneath those boobies I would give him the benefit of the doubt but he doesn't.
